Earlier this month I was in Antwerp for a week. If you follow me on instagram you may recognize some of these familiar faces and places. I was invited to spend 5 days in Antwerp, Belgium by the tourism board. This is Antwerp created D.A.T.E (Discover Antwerp Through Experience) with the help of creative agency Walkie Talkie to put together quite the itinerary for us. They brought in 12 creatives from around the world to attend. I was lucky enough to be one of them and the only one from the states. The idea was to connect us with other local creatives and to see an off the beaten path view of Antwerp. Our days included workshops, a guided bike tour throughout the city (my personal fav), we eat tons of delicious food and drank lots of Belgian beer (obvi). We danced, we laughed (ALOT!) and we cried when we had to say goodbye. The twelve of us along with the team at Walkie Talkie became family during that week.
